Nice little room we had for 4. There wasn’t much drawer or closet space but we made due. However, the breakfast was by far the best selection I have had in my son’s travel experience! Every morning we stayed they had different meat selection, nice variations and the pancake machine worked! Indoor pool was fun for the kids and the little patio area worked great for our team parents to gather! Plus it is located next to almost all amenities that are needed.

The ONLY person that cared was the woman who I talked to Thursday night. Her shift ended at 11pm. Her daughter also works there. But I added another night on Tuesday early evening for Thursday night. Thursday morning Im asleep and there's banging on the door n the phone ringing. Wanted to know if I was leaving!! I told them both I talked to the woman at the desk Tuesday night around 7pm ish. She told me she added the room. My bank hold reflected that extra night! But then somehow magically disappeared??!!! Then I was given a price for 3 nights when I made the initial reservation online. The woman Thursday during the day around noon didnt give a rats behind of the error that was on them. She also told me my room rates went up every single day even though I was given a total on hiltons reservation page! The longer you stay you should see a better price but apparently they like to ra-e u of your $$ instead. I got no apologies from that woman Thursday at noon. She had a "I don't care about the mistake" attitude!!! Nobody should have to go through stress like that while on vacation! I talked to the woman who worked Thursday night until 11pm a few times. She's the ONLY one who cared. Apparently the girl who added my night did it wrong but I dont believe that because that money did come out of my bank account as a hold. I wasn't even going to complain about the clogged up bathroom sink n the mold in the shower and the sticky spots on the floor that looked like spilled soda! But because of their error and the I dont care attitude Im speaking about it. I also had to make a new reservation for Thursday night even though I made it Tuesday night!!! That's not cool!!!

Stayed here with my family and it was wonderful. Great location and great rooms. Located right next to Walmart and redners which is very convenient. Especially, the breakfast server Shirley. She is what made me want to leave a review. She is so incredible and personable!! She made my family feel like it was a home away from home. Not to mention the breakfast was delicious and kept so neat. Thank you for the best couple days Shirley! Can’t wait to be back.
