We thought we would give this restaurant a try and ordered a takeout large Puttanesca pizza. I was there to pick up the pizza in a timely manner having to wait a few minutes before it came out. I should have been suspicious at the start as the bottom of the box was damp. So much so that I hurried home (1.8 miles) to make sure the box didn’t break through. When I got home the pizza was so wet and doughy that I had to reheat it on a pizza stone. I couldn’t get it out of the box as it came apart and I had to use a cutting board to transfer it into the oven. What a mess! There were hunks of stewed tomatoes and 1/2 artichoke hearts that were really wet, and when I got a couple of slices out of the box, I was able to get a photo of the bottom of the box. The knife cuts are visible and the box is falling apart. Needless to say, with all these other pizza places available, we won’t be ordering from here again. And I left a tip, what was I thinking?

Best pizza in Sussex County by far. Garlic cheese bread was delicious and well baked, the caprese was average. Quattro pizza was delicious, the sauce is delightful. We will be back!

2 months since SoHo Slice opened, been waiting til they got a bit more settled, as we heard many problems. Evenings the parking lot has been packed and ppl often turned away, so we went about 3:30 Sat afternoon. 1st problem: NO pizza by the SLICE. (Wait, what?) Server Lizabeth said don't worry, pizzas are small, only 4 slices each! Asked about size of calamari app (whether a lot for one or must share): she said not so much, but definitely shareable(?). 🤔 🤪

"Hot Italian" pizza had plenty of pepperoni, but the Roasted Veg needs to be renamed to Mushroom. Veg Pizza is the LAST thing I'd call it: a very sparse sprinkling of red onion, many garlic cloves, only half the pie had some chopped red pepper, and way too many dry mushrooms (see pic). No real sauce of any kind perceptible and no other "vegetables". We ended up putting a slice of one pie on top of the other like a sandwich, which vastly improved the taste of both.

Crust was thin, with nice char, but completely flavorless. Maybe dough needed salt? I make better pizza crust at home with Caputo 00 flour, baked on my steel.

"Service" mostly absent. When server took drink order, I said I'd start with a water, then we'll see what else after that... I even asked to keep the menu so I could choose. We ordered food from the waitress, but a runner(male) delivered to table. Never saw her again -- would have liked to order a real drink, and I really needed a water refill before my pizza even arrived. My husband would have liked a second drink... But she never came back, except with the check! I'm now seeing reviews that mention dessert -- would have loved to known, and been able to try the tiramisu.

Does Rehoboth Beach need yet another pizza place? Prolly not. This place was okay, but for $18 per small pizza with uneven toppings that're only meh... it's a toss up... However the lousy service (when the place was mostly empty) doesn't make me want to ever return.
