Quality Inn & Suites Georgetown - Seaford

I realize they are going through some renovations. 1st thing check in go to the room and someone is in the room, that never happened to me before but I let it go. 2nd Got a new room toilet was clogged and they resolved that. 3rd toilet almost fell over when my son sat on it. 4th I am right down from the office there was knocking on the doors and doors opening and closing over doors from 11pm to 1:30 am couldn't sleep because I had no idea what was going on. While its not totally the hotels fault the tv stations are jacked, you couldn't find anything i wanted to watch. The one thing the place has going for it is the staff is very good and helpful. Will not stay there again.

After changing our vacation destination due to a terrible booking experience in VA beach, we went to Lewes Beach and contacted Quality Inn & Suites for a last minute booking. I'm so glad that they were able to accomodate my family. Although they have ongoing renovations, their suites are super clean, comfortable and spacious! We were impressed with the great customer service that all the staff provided from beginning to end during our stay. Special kuddos for Lashawn B. who made sure our stay was pkeasant! I highly recommend them and we're going back shortly. :D

They were remodeling and the smell of chemicals in glue/adhesive were strong and triggered my asthma. The frig was not plugged in and couldn't do it myself so we went without that no big deal. When I walked in and said my name to check in. I was met with a weird You're early. I came back at check in no big deal there either. The breakfast are is uninviting. The room was huge and the shower was nice. BUT....the biggest thing was stain on my sheets. I got a fresh set from the dealership clerk and change the sheets. We went to check out the following morning,only to find the luggage carts are being used by the housekeepers for TRASH.
