Called and tried to ask if their beans and rice used dairy or chicken broth or if they were vegan. Spoke to a woman first who got annoyed with my question and hung up on me. Called back and explained I am asking about vegan options and got disconnected, but was wondering if there was someone else available to help. She put a man on the phone who then hung up again. Not sure why the staff is antagonist but their customer service is terrible.

Food was fine but I asked for a chicken & cheese quesadilla as I always do and when it came out the plate had rice on it also (I don’t like seasoned rice so I didn’t even eat it). I asked “oh does rice come with it now?” and the waiter said yes. When I get the check it was $16 for the quesadilla, so I questioned and he told me I got the dinner and I said I always just ask for a chicken & cheese quesadilla and get just that. Anyways, he was clearly annoyed and then brought me $8 to make up the difference but I was paying on my card and I was like ??. I said can you adjust the price so my card is only ran for what my meal costed? A manager (I assume) came over and basically argued with me and said he would only take some off because the dinner size quesadilla was bigger and I reiterated that the waiter should have probably asked to clarify if I wanted the dinner or “appetizer size”. Then a 3rd person brought my card back. Not great customer service at all!

Great food and quick service. The food tasted very fresh and the drinks were also good. The portion sizes are big and more than enough for one meal.
