Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rehoboth Beach

We came here during the beach season for 2 nights. Despite having paid the hiked up price, we did not get good housekeeping service. We left the hotel for the beach around 940 am and came back around 220 pm, fully expecting that we will have fresh towel and the floor will be swiped and the sands would be cleaned out of the shower. However we came back to a room with basically no change only the dirty towel on the floor has been collected. We even put down some dirty bed sheets to be replaced and nothing was done. Even the trash was not taken out. This was very unexpected and when we complained the answer was we are short staffed. Not sure how they can charge full price if they don't give the full service that is required to run a hotel.

I do have to say the front desk and the breakfast service are great.

The location for this hotel is great, tucked right behind the Tanger Outlets close to Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Parking is plentiful, staff was friendly, room was spotless. Water pressure in the shower was good and the water was hot. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient and decent with pastries, eggs, sausage links, pancakes, cereal, coffee, tea, and juices. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this location again.

Great place to stay! Room was spacious and comfy, and staff was so friendly and helpful. Only complaint was noise from room above, but that was minor
