Great for what we needed. The hotel is clean. Outdoor pool is not heated so we didn't get to use it much because it was so cold, but a nice place to sit back and relax. We did try night swimmimg, fun. Breakfast was fine, grandson liked the pancake maker. Staff was very friendly.

Well, I have to tell you My wife and I were not thrilled with this overpriced hotel. The first room they put us in (non smoking) stunk really bad Like an ash tray. they were generous enough to move us to another room, but the door literally could NOT be locked. How can they allow this? They said the maintenance guy would not come back after hours for this broken door lock. What? So again we were upgraded to the very room type we were supposed to be in in the first place. Coffee was horrible.
However the staff at the desk specifically Haley were very nice and tried to help us out. Oh yea why cant folks who consume marijuana just get edibles instead of fumigating entire floors with the stench. Its a shame the service industry is getting weaker and weaker due to corporate profit hogs. Personalization has left the building.

Hotel was clean for the most part. Staff for the most part was nice. They are not accommodating when it comes to shortening your stay. We wanted to leave a day early and they made us pay no matter what. Watch out for the towels. They will only replace towels if you bring back your used towels to the front desk. They have maybe theee towels at the pool and if more people come they only bring out enough for those that need. Absolutely absurd. Shower water pressure was non-existent and our shower head was held on with a rubber band.
