Inn at Rehoboth
We stayed here because it was one of the only hotels left. First it was 300+ a night which is fine but it was dirty and run down. After the first night, we left towels and hoped they would make the bed and just freshen up the room (not like it was Dirty or anything) but we came back to find the cleaners hair all over and nothing cleaned except we were given a set of towels. I personally would recommend elsewhere, you can have a much better hotel for the price you pay. I will say the front desk person was very nice so she saved this place from a 1 star.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. This hotel is a complete scam. The pictures online look nothing like reality. When we arrived for my bachelorette weekend, the place was filthy and unsettling from the moment we walked in.
The room was disgusting. The carpets were so dirty they were nearly black. There was toilet paper stuffed into the peephole—which instantly made us feel unsafe, like our privacy wasn’t protected. The entire room was filthy: hair all over the bathroom, floor, and even the bed. Dust caked on surfaces. Bugs crawling on the walls. The bedding looked decades old and grimy. It was honestly stomach-turning.
We didn’t feel safe, and we definitely didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there. Within 30 minutes of checking in, we went to the desk to get out. Of course, the employee said only the “manager” could authorize a refund, but—surprise—the manager wasn’t on-site. Now they’re refusing to refund the full stay, even though we left almost immediately.
This place is dirty, shady, and straight-up false advertising. Do not waste your time or money here. Rehoboth has plenty of nice hotels—this is not one of them.

This is the landlord special of hotels. If we weren’t so exhausted we would have left. They painted over hair in the bathroom. You better be up to date on your tetanus shot to use the toilet paper. The shower left you feeling like it’s better to bathe in the ocean. I didn’t want to turn on the AC because it was moldy inside. Floors were so dirty I just threw out my socks out. Didn’t ask my husband for his ID when he asked for a new key… Horrible don’t stay here! Just shut down and properly renovate please!
