We really enjoy Crab Barn. I prefer to sit on the right side of the restaurant. it's a bit echoey to begin with and the bar is on the left side so when there is live music it's too loud for me. This visit between the 3 of us we had cheese steak egg rolls, Cesar salad, steamed shrimp, corn on the cob, baked potato, green beans, lobster tail, french fries, and snow crab. The only thing I would not get again is the cheesesteak egg rolls. It’s not that they were bad, however the rolls themselves were very basic and lacking flavor. It came with a sauce that was very smokey and very spicy. There wasn’t any info regarding the sauce on the menu so I dipped into it thinking it was a burger sauce. Woooo boy was I surprised, haha!!! Everything else was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Snow crab clusters were a good size and came with 2 sides for a great price. We don’t live local but when we visit family we will definitely be back!!!

Service and the food couldn't have been any better!! Although they were out of a few menu items we wanted, everything else was fantastic! All the seafood was super fresh and cooked perfectly. Dining room was clean and simple. Bar area looked nice too. They accommodated us a little late during a storm and allowed us to enjoy the meal without rushing us out. Thank you to our amazing server! She was very pleasant and took good care of us. We will be back again and told all of our friends too.

This had to be one of the most spectacularly worst meals we’ve ever had. Granted, the service was friendly and the facility was very clean, but the food was remarkably underwhelming and overpriced. To start, I ordered a whiskey sour that came out in a tall glass and tasted watered down and just off. For appetizers, we ordered soup that was lukewarm at best and a handful bacon wrapped scallops that were no bigger than your thumbnail. The oysters were okay, but the completely wilted garnish and dry lemon wedge made me question their freshness. Our fish entrees were nothing to recommend either. They didn’t seem like fresh filets and were all prepared the same with the same heavy seasoning and all served with the same flaccid kale garnishes. Considering our area, fresh seafood is easy to come by. Unfortunately, not here. For the money you’d spend to eat here, you’d get better food elsewhere.
