Glen worked tirelessly with me to find my perfect home. He's very knowledgeable about Delaware and it was invaluable. I moved from out of state and needed guidance. He worked tirelessly. You won't find a better realtor. He helped my daughter and her family find a home as well. I can't say enough great things about him and how hard working he is. Best realtor I've ever had!

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
We secured a beach house rental for June and were explicitly told multiple times that a “hold was in place and the rental was secure”. We provided requested information, were told a lease would be sent within a few weeks, and followed up in good faith when it didn’t arrive. Each time, we were reassured that the lease was coming and that our reservation was secure.
After weeks of waiting and multiple follow-ups, we were finally informed that the house was no longer available.
This lack of follow-through and communication caused significant stress and left us scrambling after believing we had a confirmed rental. If a property is not truly being held, that should be communicated clearly and honestly upfront.
I would not recommend relying on assurances without a lease in hand.

Kathy has and will always go above helping anyone to find a home or what ever you need. She has help us find our new to us home and has sold 2 of our other homes. She has picked up her phone any time and any day to answer any questions I have had and I sure did asked alot of questions. I consider Kathy a big part of my family. Thank you for everything you have done for our family.
