To be very clear, this is not a 5 star hotel. It’s a no frills, pretty basic spot but the staff were all some of the nicest people ever and do their best to accommodate guests while being incredibly welcoming. The beds definitely could be better but that’s really my only complaint. The rooms are clean, the location couldn’t be better (access to shopping and restaurants and about 2 blocks straight down to beach) having a parking spot is a dream and the rooftop pool was the biggest hit with the kids (I know it’s the beach but I’m so surprised more people don’t rave about this pool). We met a number of guests who said that they’ve come back to stay here every year for many years and I can understand why. It’s not luxury but for the price it can’t be beat.

5 stars for the lady and gentleman that worked the front desk. Friendly and so helpful!

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. AC was amazing (it was extremely hot out). There was people above us and we couldn't here anything in our room. Only reason we knew they were there is when we went out to our car. Which we really liked the peace and quiet.

The location was right little under two blocks from boardwalk. Parking was great for even if you have a full-size truck.

Our only complaint is they have the tiny short toilets. But that is easy to forget with value, service, cleanliness and location.

I have been coming to this hotel since the 1980s and I’ve never had a bad time here. It’s a great location and the woman who runs the front desk named Melissa is just a joy to deal with. Not only is she friendly and cheerful and professional, but she just goes out of her way to do what she can to make everybody happy and comfortable. This establishment is lucky to have someone like her represent them. I highly recommend staying here. It’s a great vibe.
