The hotel is perfectly located in Dewey Beach, just steps away from the shore and a short walk from restaurants, bars, and beach shops. This four-story hotel, which does not have an elevator, sits directly on the beach. It offers high-quality beach chairs and umbrellas for rental through a beach company.
If you need a break from the sand, the hotel features a pool with towels included, lounge chairs, and ample outdoor seating for dining and socializing. My favorite spot was the sun deck on the fourth floor, where you can relax on couches and lounge chairs while enjoying a stunning beach view—the best place to catch the sunrise.
The hotel maintains impressive cleanliness, ensuring that sand isn’t everywhere. Additionally, they provide a light breakfast and host a happy hour. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

THE cutest hotel I’ve seen in a long time. You can tell it’s freshly renovated and clean. However, do NOT expect to sleep here. It’s clear that the renovation was surface and remains with bad bones. You can hear every single footstep happening above you. My upstairs neighbors sounded like they were moving furniture at WWE all while taming lions for a circus. They got up at 7am, which is their right, and it was absolutely awful all the noise. Unless you stay on the top floor, you won’t sleep at all. But it’s beautiful and cute and centrally located!

Loved it. Was worried because it didn't have an elevator, but it was so wonderful!! Pool was heated and it's right on the beach. Beautiful view of the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. Hospitality was amazing. Loved the bonfires on the beach and the cost fire at the hotel lounging area. Simple and peaceful. Just what we needed for our family to relax.
