Great coffee spot featuring some very good coffee and food options. The atmosphere, while very open, airy, and a warehouse vibe, somehow it still feels cozy and inviting. Large enough that you dont feel like you're having to yell to have a conversation. My wife had an Oatmilk latte, and I had a cold brew. Both were well made, and the cold brew was nice and smooth. If I had to make any suggestion, it would be to move the water station for the food runner to put orders up. Currently, all food and drink get put out at the same spot on the bar and create a bottleneck, especially if you're adding cream to your coffee. Will definitely come back often!

Was looking for a good cup of coffee while traveling to Bethany Beach. Amity Coffee came up and I was more than impressed and happy with finding this gem. The layout is spacious but cozy. The staff is friendly and hard working. Coffees were excellent from drip to pour overs. The food selection is very impressive. Highly recommend the quiches. And you must get an espresso cinnamon roll, heated. I had another one on my trip back home. Oh, it’s dog friendly.

Amity is complete local favorite. Great coffee and great options. The atmosphere is likely the BEST part of Amity. Amity is very community oriented. Its easy to spend a work-day or a 1:1 with someone at Amity and see someone you know walk in. That's just how it is. I can't not go to Amity at least once a week.
