Mindful Hands Expression Through Illumination
Join us for an afternoon with a delightful workshop consisting of gentle yoga and mediation, led by Stephanie Stotts, to focus on healing and growth through self-reflection. Art therapy and education professor, Lisa Kay will guide participants through the creation of a mandala using a white pencil and black paper that incorporates outlines of hands as a springboard for meditative self expression.
At the completion of this workshop, participants will leave with a unique piece of art and feel reenergized and focused.
