Join Chef Laurie Boucher (@baltimorehomecook)—former pasta chef at Cafe Campli and owner of Pasta Made Simple—for a hands-on journey into the art of Southern Italian pasta! After a professional dough-making demonstration, you’ll dive into the craft using pre-prepared dough to master a variety of unique regional shapes. You’ll learn to create these beautiful southern Italian pasta shapes with next to no equipment, practicing alongside the chef to perfect your technique. At the end of class, your fresh uncooked pasta (8 ounces/two portions) will be packaged to take home, complete with cooking and storage instructions.
