Firing the Lyle Gun: A Life-Saving Cannon

Talk a self-guided tour through the historic Indian River Life-Saving Station Museum and watch park staff fire the Lyle gun, a life-saving cannon used to assist in rescuing shipwreck victims over 100 years ago. Plan your tour to be before or after one of the two firing times. In an effort to keep group sizes small, all adults must pay the program fee and be part of our headcount. All ages.
