Dewey Egg Scoop!

If it’s Easter in Dewey Beach, then it is time once again for the annual Egg Scoop! On Saturday, April 19th, The Dewey Business Partnership (DGP) will be hitting the sand for their unique Easter event that includes everyone from our littlest scoopers of just two years old, to the adults who wanna dig for gold, and even our pooches on parade! Beginning at 10:45am at the Bay Beach at the Hyatt Place at Van Dyke Street, Dewey is ready to get the season started with some quirky fun!! It’s all a part of the family fun that is increasingly available in Dewey Beach! 

Parking and the event are free, with the exception of the adult egg hunt, which is a cash only buy-in event. The Egg Scoop is BYOB, as in “bring your own basket!” Ranieri and the DBP are excited for a full calendar of events this season, they have the Arts Fest coming up May 10th, the much anticipated Kids’ Running of the Bull June 28th, the Canoe Races July 15th, and Restaurant Olympics August 5th! Come to Dewey on April 19th and celebrate the season, as well as participating in a great community event for the whole family, four legged friends included!!!
