27th Annual Eastern Shore AFRAM Festival

The Eastern Shore AFRAM Festival is a signature event held yearly in Seaford, DE to celebrate and share the culture, history and community of African Americans and the African Diaspora residing on the Eastern Shore of the U.S. The event also serves as a venue for many nonprofit organizations which provide services to the communities of the Eastern Shore.
