.\nThe water-based cleanup\, which has been organized by the Center since\

ne at\ninlandbays.org. Advance registration is required. The clean up lau
nch\npoint will be the Massey’s Landing public boat ramp\, located at th
e\nend of Long Neck Road in Millsboro. Volunteers will be assigned to\nspe
cific cleanup locations from the launch point on the day of the\nevent.\n\
nVolunteers should be prepared for the weather (including potentially\ncoo
ler\, breezy conditions on the water) and should dress for dirty and\nwet
conditions. Work gloves are recommended\, and closed-toe shoes are\nrequir
ed. Lifejackets will be provided. Volunteers also should bring\ntheir own
water and snacks or lunch. The day-of\, each volunteer must\nsign a waive
r in order to participate. This event is not recommended\nfor children you
nger than 12\, and participants younger than 18 must be\naccompanied by a
parent or guardian.\n\nDNREC is once again lending support through its Del
aware Natural\nResources Police. Sponsors include the DNREC Division of Fi
sh &\nWildlife\, DNREC Division of Parks & Recreation\, Dewey Beach Lions\
 nClub\, GFL Environmental/Waste Industries of Delaware\, state Sen. Ernie\
